Fertility massage treatment
Before each treatment we will discuss any new issues and which phase of your cycle you are in. This will influence your treatment plan.
The treatment commences with a lumber, sacral and gluteal massage, this is deeply relaxing and releasing and will also clear nerve pathways and stimulate blood circulation. You will then turn to lie on your back to receive an abdomen massage; this will include touch from your womb to your rib cage. By stimulating circulation in the whole abdominal area, it will boost nutrients, oxygen and hormonal flow to the womb and ovaries.
Fertility massage will relieve stress by releasing endorphins that will ease pain and enhance wellbeing. It is a wonderfully nurturing treatment which includes traditional massage with acupressure and reflexology. A rebozo techniques will cacoon you and transport you back to the comfort of your own mother’s womb. Your body will be prepared in the most natural way to becoming a mother.
After your treatment you will be given information on menstrual charting, castor oil packs and yoni steams.
Fertility massage and ART (Artificial Reproductive Technology)
The treatment can be received throughout your menstrual cycle, and will be synchronised with the phase of your cycle that you are in. If you are about to undergo Artificial Reproductive Technology, Fertility massage will prepare and support you.
